Terms and Conditions
Compra Sin Plástico S.A., hereinafter Ecomuna Market, a Costa Rican company, is the owner and administrator of the website www.ecomunamarket.com, a virtual site dedicated to the commercialization of ecological products online (E-commerce).
The USER who wishes to access and/or use the www.ecomunamarket.com website expressly declares to have read and accepted this TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT, together with all other policies and principles governing the www.ecomunamarket.com website, which are incorporated herein by reference.
All of the above is mandatory and binding between Ecomuna and the USER who makes use of the website. If the USER does not agree with this document, he/she will not be able to access and/or use the www.ecomunamarket.com website.
For the purposes of this TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT, the following clauses, statements and concepts are developed and defined below, regardless of their use in singular or plural form:
Ecomuna Market: Virtual platform that commercializes physical/tangible PRODUCTS from a third party; hereinafter referred to as SUPPLIER.
USER: Any natural person of legal age, who enters www.ecomunamarket.com to browse the site and / or make a registration account. It is presumed that the USER has sufficient mental and legal capacity to purchase PRODUCTS by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cash.
PRODUCT: Any physical/tangible item marketed on the www.ecomunamarket.com website.
ORDER NUMBER: Number that will be used to control the PRODUCTS purchased by the USER in Ecomuna Market.
Registration account:
The registration in Ecomuna Market is free. The USER must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to accept and establish this binding TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT in his/her name, by means of a registration account where he/she will enter personal data and thus have access to the website www.ecomunamarket.com.
The account that a USER registers in Ecomuna Market is unique, personal and non-transferable. The USER commits to periodically review the information provided and guarantee the validity and validity of the data associated to his/her registration account. Ecomuna will take as valid such information and based on such data will proceed to notify and deliver the PRODUCTS that the USER acquires in Ecomuna.
The USER understands and accepts that by using the buttons of social networks, to enter their information or place an order, an Ecomuna account will be created with such data transferred from facebook or google.
The USER understands and accepts that after a lapse of 10 to 15 days he/she will receive an email, with which he/she registered his/her order, to give his/her opinion of the products and service of the online store.
The USER understands and accepts that he/she is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her access data in Ecomuna, as well as any other critical information associated with his/her registration account.
Likewise, the USER agrees to comply with the security recommendations suggested by Ecomuna in the following Privacy Policy link which is an integral part of this TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT.
This site includes links to other Web sites operated by third parties. These links are provided for the convenience of the USER and as an additional avenue of access to the information contained therein. Ecomuna has not reviewed all of the information contained in other sites and is not responsible for the content of other sites or for the products or services that may be offered through other sites. Third party sites may contain information with which Ecomuna does or does not agree. Different terms and conditions may apply to the use of any such linked sites.
By creating an account, the USER understands that he/she is joining the Ecomuna community and agrees to receive promotions, information and other information by e-mail.
At Ecomuna's sole discretion, it may close, suspend or restrict a USER's access to his/her registration account in the event that the USER violates this TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT and/or any other policy that exists on the www.ecomunamarket.com website.
Payment and RETURNS of PRODUCTS:
When acquiring a PRODUCT, the USER must pay the published price and, if applicable, the shipping and delivery costs. The USER accepts the form of payment and the procedures established by Ecomuna for the acquisition of the PRODUCTS offered in the web site www.ecomunamarket.com The price of the PRODUCTS published in Ecomuna will be displayed in colones.
In relation to PRODUCTS sold by Ecomuna, we cannot confirm the price of each one of them until the moment the USER places the order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products in our catalog may have an erroneous published price. If the correct price of the product sold by Ecomuna is actually higher than the erroneous published price, CSP will proceed to contact the USER to inform him/her of the erroneous price and ask if he/she wishes to pay the difference to arrive at the correct price. If the USER does not want to pay the difference, Ecomuna may cancel the order, notifying the USER of such cancellation and proceeding to refund the amount that has been paid.
All the PRODUCTS found in Ecomuna will be delivered to the address or place of work provided by the USER when placing the order. This service has an additional delivery cost. The USER understands and accepts that he/she will be subject to the delivery conditions according to the Shipping and Tariffs policy found in the web site www.comprasinplastico.com.
The ecological shipment of PRODUCTS to the USER will be made for the following zip codes:

The shipment of PRODUCTS to the USER "outside the GAM" (zip codes not included in the above list) will be made through Correos CR.
Upon completion of payment for a PRODUCT, CSP will send an email to the USER with an ORDER NUMBER detailing the PRODUCT(s) purchased through www.comprasinplastico.com.
CSP guarantees that the transactions carried out by the USER within the website www.comprasinplastico.com are secure and guaranteed by an international security certification (SSL).
CSP is committed to the USERS that the personal information and bank details provided are confidential and for exclusive use, the personal information and card details are used only to complete the transaction in CSP so that the USERS can be safe and relaxed about the handling of the same. You can also access the Privacy Policy link to know and verify the handling of the database. This document is an integral part of this TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT.
In the event that the bank requests information from Ecomuna about a payment made on the website www.ecomunamarket.com, the USER will be contacted by Ecomuna in order to corroborate his/her identity and validate the transaction.
The USER accepts that when acquiring PRODUCTS in Ecomuna, the same is subject to the availability, model, color, size or quantity previously established by the SUPPLIER.
The USER will have a period of four (4) working days from the delivery of the PRODUCT to notify Ecomuna of any disagreement or if the same was not delivered in optimal conditions, announced, described or offered on the site www.ecomunamarket.comEsta notificationshould be made through the mail [email protected].
In case of any return or replacement of products, the USER shall be responsible for the amount to be paid for the return shipping and the replacement shipping.
The price, description, detail and inventory of the PRODUCT is subject to change without prior notice by Ecomuna. The color and image of the PRODUCT may vary depending on the computer equipment and resolution being used.
Ecomuna reserves the right to modify the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after placing an order.
Subscriptions:
The system of purchases by subscription is a service of Ecomuna according to which, the user chooses a frequency to make recurrent programmed purchases of a certain product or products. When making a subscription purchase, the user understands and accepts that he/she must choose a debit or credit card payment method. The user consents to the credit or debit card information on file being stored on the payment platform for the purpose of making the recurring purchase.
If the user decides to cancel a subscription, he/she must do so at least 3 business days before the next subscribed purchase. Otherwise, the user accepts that such purchase will be processed. Neither the subscription nor the cancellation of the subscription entails an additional cost for the user, beyond the purchases made on the platform.
Ecomuna will not transfer the user's payment information to any third party, nor will it use it for any purpose other than that described in this section.
Responsibility:
The managers of the website www.ecomunamarket.com have verified the existence of the SUPPLIER and its PRODUCTS, who in turn is responsible for the existence, quality, accuracy, veracity, safety and legality of the PRODUCTS.
Ecomuna undertakes to indicate the price, warranty, availability and characteristics of each PRODUCT marketed on the website www.ecomunamarket.com, as well as the terms and conditions established, which are considered of importance and established in Law 7472 Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Defense.
The description, restrictions, conditions and observations established by the SUPPLIER for each PRODUCT are binding on the USER and shall form an integral part of this TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT.
The USER acknowledges and accepts that the description of the PRODUCTS offered in Ecomuna, are published according to the data, images or videos provided by the SUPPLIER, located in online resources or created internally by Ecomuna.

In case of any disposition of the USER, destined to receive consultations, suggestions, comments and/or complaints that the USER may have related to the operation and management of the system, in order to optimize its operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the USER understands and agrees that neither Ecomuna nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or third party content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or incidental damages relating to or resulting from your use of or inability to use this site or any other site that the USER accessed through a connection from this site or from any action that Ecomuna takes or fails to take as a result of e-mail messages that the USER sends to them. These include damages for errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, computer viruses, your loss of profits, loss of data, unauthorized access to and alteration of your transmissions and data, and other tangible and intangible losses.
Intellectual Property:

The USER expressly acknowledges and accepts that the use of material or content published in Ecomuna is not allowed for commercial or other purposes not described in this TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT, therefore the USER may not copy, download, commercialize, modify, publish, distribute, create works or take advantage in any other way without prior written authorization from Ecomuna.
The Site may also include trademarks or service marks of third parties. All such trademarks are the property of their respective owners and USER agrees not to use or display them in any manner without the prior written permission of the trademark owner in question.
The content of Ecomuna is solely for the purpose of marketing the PRODUCTS purchased through the SUPPLIER. Therefore, the information shown does not represent any type of professional advice or counsel, in case the USER needs specific advice about the promoted PRODUCT or its use, he/she should seek a professional or expert in the area of interest. Ecomuna is not responsible for any use or decision that the USER makes based on the information displayed on the website www.ecomunamarket.com,
System failures:
The USER acknowledges that there may be interruptions in the website www.ecomunamarket.com, due to circumstances both within and beyond the control of Ecomuna.
In the event of technical problems, system or internet service failures, CSP will not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to and use of the www.ecomunamarket.com website , however, it will make reasonable efforts to remain active.
Ecomuna will not be responsible for any virus that may infect the USER's equipment as a consequence of access and/or use of the same, the above as a result of any transfer of data, files, images, texts or any improper use of the information shown in CSP.
The USER will not be able to impute any responsibility or demand from Ecomuna the payment for loss of profits or consequential damages, due to damages resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or in the Internet.
Contract modifications:
Ecomuna may at any time and whenever it deems convenient, without the need to notify the USER, make corrections, additions, improvements or modifications to this TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT. Said modifications and/or adaptations shall be applicable to the USER from the moment of their publication in CSP. It is the responsibility of the USER to periodically review the TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT and PRIVACY POLICY in order to keep abreast of such updates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each time the USER accesses the website www.ecomunamarket.com, it shall be considered as an absolute acceptance of the modifications to the aforementioned documents.
