Where do you deliver to?
We ship all over Costa Rica. Within the GAM we have personalized ecological shipments with YOVOY, and for more distant places we work with Correos de Costa Rica.

Do my products have warranty?
For us the most important thing is the community that trusts in our work and system, that is why if your product arrived damaged or has a factory defect, we will exchange it without any problem.
To make any claim in that sense, we have a period of 3 calendar days since you received your order, in accordance with the provisions of our terms and conditions.

International shipping with DHL: 40usd direct to anywhere in the world.

When will I receive my order?
We ship all over the country. Within the GAM we even have a customized system, which reduces the waiting time, but in general, your order will be arriving at the indicated address from 1 to 3 business days after your purchase.
Outside GAM the duration is 3 to 5 working days, it is extended a little by the logistics of Correos CR.
We seek to reduce these waiting times .
